Nikolaev Jewelry is by hand by Kim and a very small team of artisans in Arizona. made-to-order pieces take up to 14 +days to make. ORDERING FAQ

What are my shipping options?
Your purchase will be shipped UPS insured ground. ( 3-7 days to most locations inthe USA) Expedited shipping can be quoted. Please email Kim@nikolaevdesigns.com for shipping options.

P.O. Box Delivery
P.O. Box deliveries are unavailable currently.

APO/FPO/DPO Delivery
We unfortunately cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses as the carriers we use are not allowed to deliver to these locations.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your tracking details for domestic orders. Be sure to check your SPAM folder as the emails can be re-directed there.

Do you ship internationally?
Not currently.

Are the pictures online to scale?
Not always. We try to supply photographs on a model that accurately depicts the scale of the item, including showing the minute details. For this reason, the descriptions include dimensions for the pieces, and we provide additional images for scale representation whenever we can. If you have any questions regarding the size of a particular piece, please contact us directly Kim@nikolaevdesigns.com and we will be happy to answer your questions.

Where do you get your materials?
Using high quality, ethically and sustainably mined materials in our jewelry is very important to us. All of our raw materials come from Rio Grande and Stuller, two companies recognized for their high standards including pollution prevention and minimization. The metals from those refineries/manufacturers come from reclaimed sources and we recycle all of our scrap metal as well. Recycled metals go through rigid purification processes so there is no need to worry about contaminated metals in your jewelry.


High quality, conflict-free diamonds
The diamonds we use are sourced from either recycled sources or from Canada, where they are mined in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, and to the highest environmental standards. We also work with additional diamond dealers and Gem professionals who are certified by U.S customs to import conflict-free diamonds as indicated by the rules of the Kimberley Process, an international process that tracks and certifies diamonds as conflict-free.

Can I replace a lost earring?
Yes! If the style is in production, you may purchase a half pair. We make most of the pieces by hand and, as a result, certain styles can vary slightly in size, and some styles have also been discontinued. In some cases, we will ask you to send the mate to us so we can match it for you.

Does the jewelry come with a box?
Yes. Each order arrives in an oatmeal toned box.

Can you gift wrap?
Yes, please email us and we will offer options.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Each piece of our jewelry is hand-crafted, and some pieces are more delicate than others. Using appropriate care with your solid gold pieces will enable you enjoy your jewelry for a lifetime. We recommend cleaning items with a soft brush and a mild soap like the dish soap. For items with mounted stones these can also be cleaned the same way, and they can also be soaked in warm soapy water to loosen any dirt or grime before brushing. Please do not wear your stones (emeralds, opals) in chlorinated pools.
